Preamble
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Chamini website (chaminiparis.com) by anyone who visits it (hereinafter the “User”). By browsing the website, the User accepts these Terms of Use.
Purchases made on the website are governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which prevail over these Terms of Use for all matters relating to orders.
1. Website publisher
The website is published by Chamini Group, a limited liability company (SARL) whose registered office is at 231 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris, France. All legal information (registration, publication director, hosting provider) is set out in the Legal Notice.

2. Access to the website
The website is accessible free of charge to any User with internet access. Access and equipment costs are borne by the User.
Chamini Group endeavours to keep the website available at all times, but may suspend access, in particular for maintenance or updates, or in the event of force majeure.

Creating a customer account is optional. A User who creates an account undertakes to provide accurate information and to keep their login details confidential. They may delete their account at any time by writing to serviceclient@chaminiparis.com.
4. Use of the website
The User undertakes to use the website fairly and lawfully. In particular, the User shall not:
- interfere with the operation or security of the website;
- extract or copy the content of the website by automated means;
- use the website for fraudulent purposes or in breach of the rights of third parties.

All elements of the website (creations, photographs, texts, logos, visuals) are protected by intellectual property law and belong to Chamini Group. Any reproduction or use, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

The website may contain links to third-party websites (for example Instagram, TikTok or Pinterest). Chamini Group has no control over those websites and is not responsible for their content or their personal data practices.
7. Personal data and cookies
The processing of personal data carried out via the website is described in the Privacy Policy. The use of cookies and trackers is detailed in the Cookie Policy. The User may change their choices at any time using the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page.
8. Liability
Chamini Group takes care to ensure that the information published on the website is accurate, but cannot guarantee that it is free from errors or interruptions. Chamini Group cannot be held liable for use of the website that does not comply with these Terms of Use, without prejudice to the rights that consumers derive from the law.

Chamini Group may amend these Terms of Use at any time. The applicable version is the one published on the website at the time of consultation.
10. Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, the French courts will have jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory provisions applicable to consumers.
