Delivery
Every order is carefully prepared in our workshops. Special attention is paid to each step so that you receive your jewelry in the best possible condition.
Delivery address:
Chamini products are shipped to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process. Please carefully check the accuracy of the information provided before confirming your order. Chamini cannot be held responsible for any delay or inability to deliver resulting from an error or incomplete information provided during the order.
Any request to change the delivery address must be made within 5 hours of order confirmation, and before shipment, by email to the following address: serviceclient@chaminiparis.com, specifying the order number and complete contact details.
Once the order has been shipped, no changes to the delivery address can be taken into account.
Preparation times:
Chamini orders are carefully prepared within 1 to 2 business days from the confirmation of the order.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed starting from the next business day. During periods of high activity (collection launches, holidays, promotions), preparation times may be exceptionally extended.
Preparation times do not include carrier transit times, which are indicated separately when choosing the delivery method.

Delivery costs and times vary depending on the destination and the delivery method you choose. Precise information is provided to you when you confirm your order.
General Information
- Chamini reserves the right to choose the carrier. Deliveries are carried out by recognized carriers. The times indicated below are for information only and may vary depending on the destination and the carrier.
- A tracking number is provided upon shipment of the order.
- Delivery is free to a pick-up point only in mainland France for purchases of €80 or more, and in other countries for purchases of €150 or more.

When the customer chooses a pick-up point delivery method, Chamini makes a selection of pick-up points based on the delivery address provided during the order. The customer is invited to confirm their pick-up point by return email within 5 hours of order confirmation.
- Any request for modification involving a change of delivery country is subject to prior acceptance by Chamini Group and may result in a revision of applicable delivery costs, deadlines, taxes, or formalities.

Delivery outside indicated zones:
For countries not listed in the table of available destinations, the customer is invited to contact customer service by email to obtain an estimate of delivery costs. A delivery quote can then be provided, depending on the destination, package weight, and selected carrier.
Order cancellation:
Once your order is confirmed, we prepare it with the utmost care as quickly as possible. You have a maximum of 30 minutes after confirmation to request the cancellation of your order, by contacting us by email at serviceclient@chaminiparis.com
After this period, cancellation cannot be guaranteed, as the order may already be in preparation or shipping.
Order tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package on the carrier's website. Tracking is updated in real-time, and you can check the status of your delivery at any time.
What to do in case of a problem?
- Delayed package: The indicated deadlines are for information only and may be extended in case of high activity, customs control, or circumstances beyond our control. They may also vary depending on the carrier and destination.
- Damaged package or missing contents: Check the package upon receipt. If the package is damaged or an item is missing, contact us immediately with photos and your tracking number so that we can resolve the issue with the carrier.
- Undelivered or lost package: For any anomaly, our team will help you contact the carrier to resolve the issue.
