After-sales service

At Chamini, each piece of jewelry is a handcrafted creation, designed with care and delicacy. To preserve its beauty and durability, we offer a commercial after-sales service dedicated to the maintenance and repair of your jewelry.

This service is offered voluntarily by Chamini and does not replace the legal guarantees provided by law. Its purpose is to breathe new life into your jewelry, while respecting its aesthetics, balance, and the quality of its craftsmanship.

All repairs are carried out with the same meticulous craftsmanship as during the initial creation.

Minor repairs

Some simple procedures may be covered free of charge, under certain conditions:

  • Occasional replacement of metal components (rings, clasps, medallions, etc.) is free only when carried out alone, without intervention on the beads.
  • Each piece of jewelry (excluding earrings) is eligible for one free repair per year, valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Free repairs cannot be carried over from one year to the next.
  • Earrings are not eligible for free repair, regardless of the nature of the intervention.

Complete replacement of beads

Any intervention on the pearls requires a complete disassembly of the jewelry (cutting of the stainless steel wire and complete reassembly), in order to guarantee solidity and harmony.

Prices include VAT:

  • Bracelets: €15
  • Necklaces: €20
  • Earrings: €20

Possible additional options:

  • Replacement of stainless steel components: +€5
  • Jewelry worth over €75: +€10

Included in the price:

  • Handcrafted work
  • Repair time
  • The necessary replacement beads

Even if only some pearls are damaged, the piece of jewelry must be completely disassembled and reassembled to ensure its durability and aesthetic appeal. Therefore, a single price is charged for the complete replacement of the pearls.

Conditions and limitations of coverage

Repairs are subject to the availability of components and beads.

In case of unavailability, CHAMINI reserves the right to offer equivalent items, respecting the style of the jewelry.

Coverage may be refused if:

  • The condition of the jewelry does not allow for a technically or aesthetically satisfactory repair.
  • the request results from a manifestly abnormal or inappropriate use.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, both to and from the customer. All shipments must be agreed upon in advance via email before dispatch.
