Article 4 – Purpose
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) is to define the contractual conditions under which Chamini Group sells its costume, handcrafted and handmade jewelry to the Customer via the Chamini website.
They apply to all orders placed on the site and govern all relations between Chamini Group and the Customer in the context of these sales.
These General Terms and Conditions apply to products sold by Chamini Group as described in Article 5 below. Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions by the Customer.
Article 5 – Products
The products offered for sale are handmade jewelry, crafted using baroque and glass beads, as well as stainless steel jewelry components with fine gold plating, where specified. The precise characteristics of the beads and components are indicated on the corresponding product pages.
Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted, so slight variations in shape, color, or appearance may occur, particularly due to the natural characteristics of baroque pearls and the specific properties of glass beads. These variations are an integral part of the handmade nature of the product and are not considered defects.
Photographs and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractual.
Slight variations may exist, particularly due to screen display settings, shooting conditions, or the handcrafted nature of the creations.
As such, for jewelry made of pearls or similar elements, the number of pearls may vary from one model to another depending on their size or shape, without this affecting the total length of the jewelry or its essential characteristics.
Article 6 – Price
Product prices are shown in euros (€), including all taxes (TTC).
Delivery charges are not included in the product price. Applicable rates and delivery conditions are specified on the page Delivery from the site and recalled before final order confirmation.
Chamini Group reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, orders already confirmed will be billed at the price indicated at the time of their validation.
Article 7 – Order
The Customer places an order directly on the Chamini website. The order is considered final after validation of the shopping cart, effective payment, and receipt of an order confirmation email. The order is deemed accepted by Chamini Group upon sending this email, subject to product availability.
For more details regarding the ordering process, shipping methods and delivery times, the Customer is invited to consult the page Delivery from the site.
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the order, including the delivery address, quantity, and model chosen. Any error or omission on their part may result in non-delivery or a non-conforming product.
The Customer may request a change of delivery address within 5 hours of order confirmation, provided that the order has not yet been prepared or shipped.
Any request for modification involving a change of delivery country is subject to prior acceptance by Chamini Group and may result in a revision of delivery charges, deadlines, taxes or applicable formalities.
All requests must be made by email to serviceclient@chaminiparis.com or via the website's contact form. After this period, or if the order has already been prepared or shipped, Chamini Group cannot guarantee that the modification will be taken into account.
Chamini Group reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute with the Customer, suspicion of fraud, stock shortage, or technical problem beyond its control.
Article 8 – Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Accepted payment methods are those offered on the website at the time of purchase. Transactions are secured by the website's partner payment providers, who comply with current security standards.
The order is considered valid only after full payment has been received. Chamini Group has no access to the Client's bank details at any time and cannot be held liable for the consequences of fraudulent use of payment methods, within the limits of its contractual obligations and except in cases of proven fault on its part.
In the event of fraud or a payment-related problem, it is the Client's responsibility to contact their bank to assert their rights.
Payment of the order implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the Customer.
Article 9 – Product Availability
Products are offered subject to availability.
Chamini Group reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of stock shortage, error in product description or suspicion of fraud.
In the event of unavailability after ordering, the Customer will be informed and refunded without delay.
Article 10 – Delivery
Deliveries are made in France and Europe. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination and the delivery method chosen. For more information, please see the page Delivery from our site.
Delivery times are given for informational purposes only. Chamini Group cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier, force majeure, or any event beyond its control.
The risks associated with the products are transferred to the Customer upon delivery of the package to the carrier. The Customer must check the condition of the products upon receipt and notify the carrier and Chamini Group of any anomalies by email to serviceclient@chaminiparis.com or via the website's contact form, within 48 hours of delivery.
Article 11 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the legislation in force within the European Union, the Customer has a legal period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify his reason or bear any penalties.
To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their decision to withdraw within the allotted time, according to the procedures specified on the page Returns & Exchanges from the site.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unworn, unused, returned in its original packaging and in a condition that allows it to be resold.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
In the event of a valid withdrawal, Chamini Group will proceed with the reimbursement of the sums paid, excluding delivery costs, within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from the recovery of the products or the proof of shipment provided by the Customer.
As an exception, earrings, for reasons of hygiene and health protection, are neither returned, nor exchanged, nor refunded, in accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, once their packaging has been opened after delivery.
Article 12 – Returns outside the right of withdrawal
This article relates exclusively to return requests made outside the exercise of the legal right of withdrawal.
Any exceptional return request is left to the sole discretion of Chamini Group and does not constitute a right for the Customer in any way.
If Chamini Group exceptionally accepts a return, the Customer must notify their request by email to the following address: serviceclient@chaminiparis.com , in accordance with the terms and conditions provided on the website.
After receiving and verifying the returned product, and subject to compliance with the acceptance conditions defined by Chamini Group, a refund, excluding delivery charges, will be issued within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from the date the products are received or the date the Customer provides proof of shipment. The refund will be issued via the payment method used for the original order.
Article 13 – Legal Guarantee
In accordance with Articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code and Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code, the Customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity and the legal guarantee against hidden defects.
The legal guarantee of conformity applies to products with a lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery. It entitles the Customer to obtain repair or replacement of the product within two years of delivery or, failing that, a refund, under the conditions stipulated by law. When the defect falls under the legal guarantee of conformity, return shipping costs are covered by Chamini Group.
The legal guarantee against hidden defects covers concealed flaws that render the product unfit for its intended use or that so diminish its usability that the customer would not have purchased it or would have paid a lower price. The customer has two years from the discovery of the defect to take action.
Since the creations offered by Chamini Group are handcrafted, slight variations in shape, color or appearance, as well as the natural aging of materials, oxidation, discoloration or alterations resulting from normal use of the jewelry or failure to follow care instructions, do not constitute defects of conformity and cannot give rise to the application of legal guarantees.
Any request under legal guarantees must be sent by email to Chamini Group in order to allow for the examination of the product and the implementation of the Customer's rights in compliance with applicable legal provisions.

The parties will endeavor, to the extent possible, to replace the invalidated clause with a valid clause that comes as close as possible to the original intention of the parties.
Article 17 – Intellectual Property
All elements present on the Chamini website, including creations, jewelry, visuals, photographs, texts, logos, illustrations and content, are protected by French and international laws relating to intellectual property, in particular copyright and trademark law, and remain the exclusive property of Chamini Group.

Chamini Group cannot be held responsible for the non-performance or delay in the performance of its obligations resulting from a force majeure event as defined by French law and jurisprudence, in particular in the event of strikes, transport disruptions, service interruptions, natural disasters, pandemics, exceptional climatic events or any other event beyond its control.
In the event of such an occurrence, the performance of Chamini Group's obligations is suspended for the duration of the event, and the Client will be informed as soon as possible in the event of a significant delay.
Article 20 – Applicable Law, Disputes and Mediation
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing an amicable agreement, the French courts will have jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions applicable to the consumer.
In accordance with Article L612-1 of the Consumer Code, the Customer may have recourse, free of charge, to a consumer mediator with a view to the amicable resolution of a dispute opposing him to Chamini Group.
