Delivery & Returns
Order cancellation:
Once your order has been confirmed, we prepare it with the utmost care as quickly as possible.
You have a maximum of 30 minutes after confirmation to request the cancellation of your order, by contacting us by email at the following address:
serviceclient@chaminiparis.com, specifying your order number.
After this period, cancellation can no longer be guaranteed, as the order may already be in preparation or shipping.
Right of withdrawal:
After receiving your order, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal and inform us of your wish to return one or more items that do not suit you. Returns are at the customer's expense.
The refund will be made in accordance with the refund terms indicated below, after receipt and verification of the returned items.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the jewelry must be new, unworn and unused, returned in its original packaging, including the pouch, the card and all accessories provided, and show no signs of wear, shock or alteration.
Any worn, damaged or incomplete jewelry cannot be refunded.
Items excluded from the right of withdrawal:
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange. Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons. Damaged or incomplete jewelry, as well as those whose original packaging is altered or missing, cannot be returned.
As our pieces are manufactured in limited series, it is imperative that all accessories and the card accompanying the product are returned in their original packaging and in a condition that allows them to be resold. In order to guarantee the correspondence of quantities and the good management of our collections
Return & exchange procedure:
Any request for return or exchange must be subject to prior contact with our customer service at the following address: serviceclient@chaminiparis.com
Please specify your order number, the item(s) concerned, the reason for the return and photos
After examining your request, we will send you the return instructions as well as the address to which to send your package. Items must be returned within 7 to 14 days of our confirmation, in their original condition and carefully packaged.
Any return made without prior agreement cannot be processed.
Exchanges are possible subject to availability of items.
Return costs:
Return costs are borne by the customer when exercising the right of withdrawal.
They are covered by Chamini only in case of an error on our part (incorrect item) or a defective product found upon receipt (manufacturing defect or item damaged during transport).
We recommend using tracked shipping. Any returned package remains the responsibility of the customer until its receipt by Chamini.
Refund:
After receipt and verification of the returned jewelry, the refund will be made within 7 to 14 working days, to the payment method used when ordering.
Initial delivery costs are not refunded, except for errors attributable to Chamini.
Chamini reserves the right to refuse any refund if the return conditions are not met.
